How does the process work for selling my Atlanta house?

The process is very simple. You can either fill out the fast offer form at the bottom of this page or give us a call to provide information about the house you want to sell. If the house is one that would fit our investment criteria we will schedule to see the house. We'll walk through and determine what repairs or other changes are necessary. Using this information, we'll calculate our best offer for your home. If we come to an agreement on a price, we will draw up a contract that is then taken to the closing office. The closing office prepares for the closing and schedules it at a time that works best for you. Once the closing occurs, you receive your money for the house and you're done!

Do you buy "ugly" houses that need a lot of repairs?

Of course we buy ugly houses! In fact, most of the houses we buy will need some level repairs. Those are the ones we actually prefer because we can rehab the house to the standards we need it to be at for our uses. The main thing is that you shouldn't worry about what kind of condition your property is in. Regardless of the condition, we can handle anything that the house may need.

Do you buy houses that do not need any repairs?

If you have a house that does not need repairs, don't worry, we also buy those.

How long does it take to get an offer?

We can usually see the house and make you an offer the same day. We can typically have an offer in your hands within 24 hours of getting your information as long as we have easy access to the property for us to determine in condition inside and out. We can move as quickly as you need us to!

How long does it take to sell my house and get the money?

If absolutely necessary, we can close in as fast as 3 days. Typically though, we schedule the closing for 2-3 weeks out just because we usually have several closings already slated at any given time. Regardless of that, we always do our very best to make everything as convenient for you as possible. So whether you want to close within a week or a month, we try our hardest to make everything happen around your schedule.

Are there any fees if I sell my house to you?

We do NOT charge fees to you what-so-ever. Our money is made solely on the investment, therefore we don't put any expenses at all on you for the sale of your property.

If I request an offer from you, am I obligated to sell you my house?

Absolutely not! You have nothing to lose. It doesn't hurt to see what we can offer you for your house. If the offer doesn't work for you - no harm no foul! We just want to let you know what we can pay for the house that we can move towards a closing if we are a good fit for each other.

Will you still buy my house even if there is a tenant living there?

Yes. Even if the house has a tenant, with or without a lease, we are still interested in making you an offer to buy the house. No problem!

Do you ever buy houses that are outside of Atlanta?

Certainly! If you have a house that you would like to sell that is anywhere within about an hour of downtown Atlanta, I would love to make you an offer. Some areas where we are particularly active are Decatur, Stone Mountain, Mableton, East Point, College Park, Forest Park, Riverdale, Jonesboro, Kirkwood, Woodstock, Alpharetta, and Lithonia. If your house is outside of these areas, no worries! Just send in the information and we'll let you know right away if it's something we can buy.
